What Are Seamless Gutters?
Seamless gutters are made from a continuous roll of aluminum coil stock, formed on-site using a portable roll-forming machine. We feed in flat aluminum, it comes out as a finished gutter profile — whatever length you need.
The machine lives in our truck. We pull up to your house, measure everything, then extrude each gutter run to exact length right in your driveway. A 52'8" run gets a 52'8" gutter, not a 50-footer with a splice.
The only joints in a seamless system are at inside corners, outside corners, and downspout outlets — maybe 4-6 total on an average house instead of 15-20 with sectional. Those few joints get hand-sealed with proper sealant (we use Geocel, not hardware store caulk) and will last the life of the gutters.
