About This Project

To enhance the water management on the property, we installed a comprehensive 6-inch gutter system along with underground drains. Our process involved removing the existing gutters and safely disposing of them. We then fitted new 2-story K-style gutters, which included the installation of box outside and inside miters, along with end caps. A water diverter was integrated to ensure effective redirection of roof water around the chimney into the gutter system. This setup significantly improves drainage and protects the integrity of the home.
